What's in the course?

LBB is a 5 week class that will take you through each step of discovering and eliminating your limiting beliefs. You’ll go through 5 modules that walk you through the process of uncovering and healing your limiting beliefs, with a simple but effective assignment for each module. All you need are a pen, paper, and a willingness to look deep within your beliefs and trust the process.

You’re given a week to complete each module so that you have time to fully integrate and apply what you learn. Your limiting beliefs have been with you for most of your life, so we want to take the time to root them out and build a new belief system that will benefit you instead of hold you back.

You get what you put in, so if you just read the text and don’t do any of the work you won’t fully experience the benefits.

But, if you take at least 15 minutes a day to do the work you’ll find that you start to make a MAJOR mental shift that allows you to step outside your fear and into your power.
